Individual Adult Therapy

Most individuals have developed strategies to cope with the ups and downs of life.  They are able to manage their thoughts, emotions and behaviors and be about the business of living.  Unfortunately, at certain points in people’s lives they struggle with thoughts, feelings or behaviors intruding on their ability to experience success and pleasure in life.  The strategies they have utilized in the past to help cope no longer work.  Their anchor is disabled and they find themselves adrift in stormy waters.  It is usually at this time that individuals will seek out the help of a trained professional.
